Production Line: Production Line OverviewMID Mold Industrial Ltd.'s production lines are fully equipped to handle the manufacturing of high-precision plastic molds, from design to delivery. Our mold department boasts several CNC machining centers from brands like Mazak and FANUC, enabling complex steel and electrode machining. We utilize high-performance mirror-finish EDM machines (Sodick AQ55L and AgieCharmilles F023UP) for ultra-fine finishing, as well as conventional EDM, milling, and grinding machines to ensure tight tolerances.
Our injection molding department currently boasts 10 Haitian injection molding machines, ranging in torque from 60 to 300 tons, including vertical and two-color injection molding machines. All machines are maintained and ready for pilot and mass production. Furthermore, our quality control department utilizes CMM 3D measuring tools (HEXGON), projectors, micrometers, and hardness testers to ensure that every mold and plastic part meets precise specifications.
With integrated workflows and efficient layouts, we support rapid prototyping, mold validation, and reliable volume production – delivering high-quality tools and molded parts for the automotive, electronics, appliance, and medical sectors.
