undergo degreasing with alkaline solutions to remove oil, followed
by pickling in nitric-hydrofluoric acid mixtures to eliminate oxide

embossing, preventing pattern defects. Second, embossing forming shapes the pattern. The cleaned substrate is fed into a roller
embossing machine, where two counter-rotating engraved rollers (one
male, one female) apply controlled pressure (5-20 MPa) and speed

checkered are pressed onto the surface. The roller temperature

defects (scratches, pits), dimensional accuracy, and corrosion
