IPQC2 conducts another inspection at this stage to ensure error-free assembly and coordinated operation of all systems.

  4. Finished product: The assembled packing machine becomes a finished product awaiting inspection. Comprehensive functional and performance testing is conducted at this point, and only devices that meet all indicators can proceed to the next stage.

  5. Debugging: Professional technicians conduct meticulous debugging of the finished products, simulating actual working scenarios and optimizing various parameters of the packing machine to ensure stable and efficient operation under different working conditions. After debugging, IPQC confirmation is required again to ensure qualification.
