3. Honed Tube & Hydraulic Cylinder Tube Line
Includes honing, boring, and polishing equipment to ensure the inner surface roughness reaches Ra 0.2–0.4μm, meeting the strict requirements of hydraulic cylinder manufacturing.
4. Shaped Tube & Customized Tube Line
Supports production of oval, square, rectangular, and other non-standard shapes, as well as custom sizes and tolerances based on customer drawings.
5. Boiler Tube & High-pressure Pipe Line
Equipped for heat treatment, high-pressure testing, and eddy current inspection, ensuring excellent performance in high-temperature and high-pressure environments.
