G-I type gear flow transmitter The HQ-GF gear flow transmitter is a type of positive displacement flow transmitter. It is a high-precision transmitter for measuring volumetric flow rate. As the medium flows, the gears mesh and rotate. Under the action of fluid flow, a pressure difference is formed between the inlet and outlet ends of the instrument. No power supply is required; a pair of gears rotate freely, and the cavities between the gears are filled with liquid. The liquid is discharged as the gears rotate, and the flow rate of the liquid passing through the instrument can be determined by measuring the number of gear rotations. The cylindrical gear transmitter can measure very small flow rates and quantify small volumes of liquid. The rotational speed of the cylindrical gear transmitter is detected by a sensing coil in a signal amplifier mounted on the instrument casing. The signal amplifier does not come into contact with the measured medium. When the transmitter gears cut the magnetic field lines generated by the magnet inside the casing, it causes a change in the magnetic flux in the sensing coil. The sensing coil sends the detected periodic change in magnetic flux signal to the preamplifier. The signal is amplified and shaped, generating a pulse signal proportional to the flow rate. This signal is sent to the unit conversion and flow integration circuit to obtain and display the accumulated flow value. At the same time, the pulse signal is also sent to the frequency-to-current conversion circuit, which converts the pulse signal into an analog current, thereby indicating the instantaneous flow rate. The cylindrical gear transmitter has high processing precision and precise installation. The rotation of the gears is scanned non-contact, and each tooth generates a pulse, resulting in very high resolution. The cylindrical gear transmitter can measure very small flow rates and quantify small volumes of liquid.
