Single Flange High Temperature Flat Membrane Pressure Transmitter
|
Used to measure the level, density, and pressure of liquids, gases, or vapors, and then convert them into a 4-20mA DC signal output. The intelligent type can communicate with a HART handheld communicator for setting, monitoring, or forming a field monitoring system with a host computer. The HQ-1151/3051/3851/3351DP field-adjustable intelligent differential pressure transmitter is a new product developed by our company according to field requirements. It can be operated independently of a handheld communicator, with zeroing and configuration performed via buttons. Details: (Reference conditions: No migration, silicone oil port filled, 316L diaphragm) ★Output Signal: 4~20mA DC/RS485 digital communication 4~20mA DC/HART protocol digital communication (optional) ★Transmission Method: Two-wire system. ★Accuracy ★Stability: For DP range codes 3, 4, and 5, +0.2% of the highest range; for other range codes, ±0.25% of the highest range. ★Humidity: 0~100% relative humidity. ★Start-up Time: Maximum 2 seconds at minimum damping. ★Volume Absorption: Less than 0.16 cm². ★Damping: Electrical damping is 0~32 seconds. Additionally, the sensing element has a constant damping time of 0.2 seconds (0.4 seconds for range 3). ★Static Pressure Influence (DP Transmitter) Range error: Correctable to +0.25% of the input reading per 6 MPa, or +0.5% for range designation 3. This error can be eliminated by adjustment before installation. ★ Static pressure effect (HP transmitter) Zero point error: ±1.0% for the highest range at 32 MPa. Correctable by zero point adjustment. ★ Temperature effect Zero point error at the lowest range: ±3% of the range per 56°C. Total effect including range and zero point error: ±3.5% of the range per 56°C. The effect is doubled for range designation 3. ★ Vibration effect: +0.05% per g in any direction for frequencies from 0 to 200 Hz, upper limit. ★Power Supply Influence: Less than 0.005% /V of the calibrated range. ★Installation Position Influence: Zero drift not greater than (0.25kPa), this error can be eliminated through calibration and has no impact on the range. ★Electromagnetic Interference/RF Interference Influence: Tested according to SAMA PMC33.1, from 20 ~ 000MHz, field strength can be up to 30V/m. Structural Specifications Materials in Contact with Media: Isolation Diaphragm: 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy C-276, Monel alloy, or tantalum.
