3051 Pressure Transmitter
|
This device measures the level, density, and pressure of liquids, gases, or vapors, then converts them into a 4-20mA DC signal output. The intelligent version can communicate with a HART handheld communicator for setting, monitoring, or integration with a host computer to form a field monitoring system. The HQ-1151/3051/3851/3351DP field-adjustable intelligent differential pressure transmitter is a new product developed by our company based on field requirements. It can operate independently of a handheld communicator, allowing for field zeroing, configuration, and other operations via buttons. Performance Specifications (Reference conditions: No migration, silicone oil port filled, 316L diaphragm) ★Output signal: 4~20mA DC/RS485 digital communication 4~20mA DC/HART protocol digital communication (optional) ★Transmission method: Two-wire system. ★Accuracy ★Stability: For DP range codes 3, 4, and 5, it is +0.2% of the highest range; for other range codes, it is ±0.25% of the highest range. ★Humidity: 0~100% relative humidity. ★Start-up time: At minimum damping, a maximum of 2 seconds. ★Volume absorption: Less than 0.16cm². ★Damping: Electrical damping is 0~32 seconds. In addition, the sensing element has a constant damping time of 0.2 seconds (0.4 seconds for range 3). ★ Static Pressure Influence (DP Transmitter) Range error: Correctable to +0.25% of the input reading every 6MPa, or +0.5% for range designation 3. This error can be eliminated by adjustment before installation. ★ Static Pressure Influence (HP Transmitter) Zero-point error: ±1.0% of the maximum range for 32MPa. This can be corrected by zero-point adjustment. ★ Temperature Influence Zero-point error at the minimum range: ±3% of the range per 56°C. Total impact includes range and zero-point error: ±3.5% of the range per 56°C. For range number 3, the impact is doubled. ★Vibration effect: Frequency 0~200Hz, +0.05% per g in any direction, upper limit. ★Power supply effect: Less than 0.005%/V of the calibrated range. ★Installation position effect: Zero-point drift not greater than (0.25kPa), this error can be eliminated by correction and has no impact on the range. ★Electromagnetic field interference/RF interference effect: Tested
according to SAMA PMC33.1, from 20~000MHz, field strength can be up
to 30V/m. Structural Specifications Process Flanges and Connectors: 316 stainless steel, Hastelloy, or Monel alloy. O-rings in Contact with the Medium: Fluororubber, Nitrile Rubber.
