Prismatic Battery Cell Stacking Pressing Compression Strapping
Machine for BESS Solar Battery Energy Storage Assembly Line
The DJ100S prismatic battery cell stacking extruder is designed for
prismatic lithium batteries to be stacked, extruded into shape, and
bundled efficiently.
Operation Process
- Manual Loading: Operator manually arranges end plates, insulating plates, and
individual battery cells in sequence onto the stacking platform.
- Start Pressing: After manual stacking completion, operator presses the "Press
Start" button.
- Automated Pressing Control:
- PLC system controls pressure sensor to send output signal
- Electric cylinder automatically executes pressing action
- Pressing stops automatically when preset thrust force or stroke
distance is reached
- Manual Strapping: Operator manually secures upper and lower formed steel bands to
fix the assembled stack.
- Return to Home Position: After strapping completion, operator presses "Cylinder Return"
button, and electric cylinder automatically retracts to standby
position.
- Process Completion: Sequence of arranging, stacking, pressing, and strapping is
finished.
