BD-ASP-0711A Asphalt Mixture Theoretical Maximum Relative Density
Tester Product Overview The BD-ASP-0711A asphalt mixture theoretical maximum relative
density tester is designed according to the requirements stipulated
in T 0711-2011 "Theoretical Maximum Relative Density Test of
Asphalt Mixtures (Vacuum Method)" in the standard JTG E20-2011
"Testing Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures for Highway
Engineering" of the Ministry of Transportation of the People's
Republic of China. This instrument is suitable for measuring the theoretical maximum
relative density of asphalt mixture by vacuum method, and can be
used for asphalt mixture mix design, road condition investigation
or pavement construction quality management to calculate void
ratio, compaction degree, etc. However, it is not suitable for
asphalt mixtures with porous aggregates with a water absorption
rate greater than 3%. Main Technical Features - Using single-chip microcomputer control technology, vacuuming,
vibration, etc. are automatically completed
- Using high-precision absolute pressure sensors, the negative
pressure in the negative pressure container of the instrument can
reach 3.7kPa±0.3kPa
- Equipped with a vacuum gauge, which can directly reflect the
working conditions of the vacuum pump
- Equipped with a water buffer device to prevent water in the
negative pressure container from entering the vacuum pump
- Parallel testing of two samples can be carried out at the same
time, with reasonable structure, convenient use and high efficiency
Main Technical Parameters - Power supply voltage: AC (220±10%) V, 50Hz
- Container volume: 4000ml×2 pieces
- Working pressure: 3.7kPa±0.3kPa
