This instrument is used to determine the percentage of mud content in raw sand and mixtures.

Main performance of the instrument:
1. Microcomputer fully automatic control of agitation vortex washing, water addition, and flushing
2. Micro water pump automatic water supply and drainage
3. Color LCD touch screen dynamically displays the entire process
4. It can adjust the sand washing machine program according to the manual desilting procedure and actual situation, control the time and sand washing frequency.
5. The instrument has added vortex washing and stirring function, which makes sand washing time faster, easy to operate, and stable test results. (Micro water pump can be selected)

Specification

1. Inlet pressure>0.1MPa (one bucket of water is sufficient when using a miniature water pump)

2. Rest time: 10 minutes ± 10 seconds (2 times), 5 minutes ± 5 seconds (n times). The rest time in the middle of the program is 0.5-1 minute

3. Program controlled automatic flushing → agitation vortex flushing → static → siphon (micro water pump can be selected)

4. The height of the siphon port from the water surface is 100mm, and the distance from the siphon port to the bottom of the cup is 35mm

5. Mixing motor speed 1300RPm
