Automated Motor Comprehensive Test System Comprehensive Motor Testing Solution

General Information:
The SXDJ Motor Comprehensive Tester is applied for ex-work and after maintaining testing on AC motor, DC motor and variable frequency motor with which capacity of 0-10000kW and voltage degree 0-10kV.
The system is integrated with industry PC, power source system, controlling system, sensor, signal adjusting module, data sampling hardware & software, numerical computing software, graphical display & operation software, test report generating, waveform & measuring results storage and printing software. 
Features:
1: Fully English interface, auto printing, easy to operate.
2: Motor AC hi-pot testing part is portable design designed, easy to move.
3: For HV motor of capacity 630kW-9000kW, voltage 6kV-10000V, it is needed to be equipped with 10kV booster, 10kV 

Product Characteristics

1,the motor test bench to reliability, safety, economy, practicality, operability, maintainability as the design principle,while taking into account the advanced nature.
2,The measurement and control system of the testing equipment adopts industrial control computer +PLC control + digital display measuring instrument.
3,the test system all the bench, electric control cabinet, box surface spray treatment, all marks are clear and not easy to fall off.
4,All the equipment and installation materials in the testing equipment are new parts, and the measurement units of the parts and meters of the equipment and all the drawings and data adopt the international unit (SI) standard.
