Processing
Description:
This 2800℃ vacuum induction graphitization furnace adopts
energy-saving IGBT power module, professionally customized for
boron carbide, carbon fiber and ultra-high temperature material
thermal processing.
It adopts mature vacuum induction heating technology to deliver
steady temperature output for high-end new material production.
It reaches maximum 2800℃ working temperature with ±10℃ internal
temperature uniformity, supporting automatic programmed curves and
manual real-time adjustment, temperature control precision up to
±1℃ to fit various material graphitization processes.
Dual working modes of high vacuum or argon protective
atmosphere are available, ultimate vacuum reaches 1.2×10⁻¹ Pa. The
oxygen-free sealed cavity effectively avoids workpiece oxidation
and improves material purity and finished product performance.
