This vertical deposition furnace is purpose-built for
ultra-high-temperature (up to 2500°C) processing of specialty
ceramics and carbon-based materials. It leverages
intermediate-frequency induction heating technology, paired with an
IGBT-based power control system that delivers significant energy
savings and reduces operational costs.
Fitted with imported high-precision infrared temperature sensors
and advanced temperature controllers, it guarantees consistent,
accurate temperature regulation throughout the entire process. The
integrated exhaust gas collection system enables one-step
completion of both sintering and debinding operations, drastically
boosting production efficiency while cutting energy use.
