2800℃ Graphitization Furnace with Ar/N2 Atmosphere for Carbon Fiber 

Description:                                                                                                                                                    

  • IGBT Power Advantage: The 2800℃ vacuum induction graphitization furnace uses IGBT power control, which has the characteristics of high power factor, low energy loss and strong anti-interference ability, ensuring the stability and reliability of the equipment during long-term operation.
  • Vacuum & Atmosphere Control: The furnace body has excellent sealing performance, which can realize vacuum pumping and filling of argon/nitrogen protective atmosphere (micro positive pressure). It effectively prevents material oxidation and carbon loss during the graphitization process.
  • Processable Materials: Covering a variety of high-demand materials, such as carbon fiber, carbon materials, carbon nano materials, negative electrode materials, graphite powder, rare earth materials, rhenium materials, pet coke, green coke, radiation-proof materials and contacting terminal materials.
