Product Introduction
This system combines simulation equipment, real-time 3D technology,
and a rendering engine to deliver realistic training, with visual
effects and operational feel authentic to real life. During welding
drills, trainees can observe the welding arc and the process of
welding fluid generation, flow, and cooling, while also hearing the
corresponding welding sounds.
The RM-F053 Fusion Welding and Thermal Cutting Practical Training and
Assessment Device (Single Station) features a simulation training
system for stick arc welding, CO2 gas shielded welding, argon arc
welding, and a programmable robotic welding system. It can also be
seamlessly expanded to include multiple welding training systems.
This system can be seamlessly integrated with traditional welding
skills training, providing an optimal teaching method for flexible,
efficient, safe, economical, and environmentally friendly welding
simulation training and assessment. Through the welding simulation
training system, trainees not only gain the same operational
experience as traditional training, but also utilize a series of
advanced and unique teaching features, including built-in data
acquisition, intelligent expert assistance modules, and a
quantitative assessment and evaluation system. Combined with clear
and logically integrated welding knowledge explanations, trainees
receive precise welding training guidance that is difficult to
quantify in traditional teaching practices. This significantly
improves the direction and purpose of the training process,
effectively shortens the training cycle, and reduces the teaching
burden on teachers, achieving a low-cost, low-investment,
"intensive teaching, intensive learning, and refined" welding
training mechanism.
Technical Foundation
During operator training, multiple sensors in the system transmit
real-time welding gun parameters to a computer. The computer
processes and analyzes the data, displaying the corresponding
welding images and sounds on the display and audio system. Welding
training equipment should incorporate the following technologies:
- Digital image processing and information technology.
- Computer graphics, sensing and control technology.
- Various welding operation techniques and safe operating procedures.
- Integrate multiple high-tech technologies to present advanced
methods of modern vocational education.
- The new welding training equipment is a low-cost, highly efficient,
and modern welding training solution.
Visual Simulation System Structure
The visual simulation system structure includes:
- The data input module is primarily responsible for transmitting
welding process parameters and welding gun motion parameter status
information to the welding simulation model module and simulation
engine module.
- The simulation model module is primarily responsible for static
geometric modeling of the welding simulation environment, including
the workpiece and welding gun, and for performing 3D graphics
rendering of weld seam simulation, smoke, lighting, flames,
shadows, and other special effects.
- The welding simulation engine is the core of the system, primarily
exploring the relationship between the welding process, welding gun
motion parameters, and weld cross-sectional geometric parameters.
- The simulation result output module includes the evaluation system
module and other functional submodules. It is primarily responsible
for real-time monitoring of the simulation status, outputting
dynamic simulation results, and analyzing and evaluating simulation
process data.
- Training effectiveness evaluation capabilities are provided:
real-time visual control information feedback, real-time virtual
weld inspection guidance, and real-time evaluation of the trainee's
operating skills.
