BT-150DZ is composed of five axes including the grinding wheel oscillation axis, the grinding wheel inclination axis, the workpiece horizontal
rotation axis, the workpiece feed axis, and the robot arm. The machine tool is suitable for the production of medium and large
quantities of carbide insert., PCD insert and CBN insert. Its unique vision inspection system and electric cross worktable
enable automatic centering and positioning. Equipped with a
six-axis robotic arm, it can perform fully automated loading and
unloading, achieving unmanned, automated, 24-hour continuous
production, significantly reducing labor costs.
