3.Working Principle Mineral Screening Machine
Vibratory Stratification: An electric motor drives an eccentric weight or exciter to
generate high-frequency vibration. This causes the material bed to
fluidize, allowing smaller particles to migrate to the bottom of
the layer.
Aperture Passage: As the ore travels across the screen deck, particles smaller than
the mesh openings (undersize) pass through via gravity, while
larger particles (oversize) are discharged at the end of the deck.
Multi-Stage Grading: By stacking multiple decks with decreasing aperture sizes, the
machine can simultaneously produce several distinct product grades
(e.g., 0–5mm, 5–10mm, and +10mm).
