process, the 10TPH–200TPH Coal Vibrating Screen is a high-efficiency classification system. It is used to grade
raw coal by separating different particle sizes and removing
impurities, thereby enhancing coal quality and the efficiency of
downstream processing.

Core Coal Washing Stages: Serves as the primary classification unit in coal preparation
plants (CPPs) to separate coal gangue, clay, and other impurities,
ensuring that the clean coal product meets market standards.
Resource Recovery: Processes low-grade coal or tailings to recover usable coal fines,
minimizing resource waste.
Industrial Feedstock Pretreatment: Ideal for the preliminary screening of coal raw materials in the
power generation and chemical industries, ensuring optimal
combustion and processing efficiency.
3.Working Principle Mineral Screening Machine
Vibratory Stratification Mechanism: Driven by an eccentric vibrator, the screen body undergoes high-frequency vibration, causing the
coal stream to stratify on the screen deck. Coarser coal particles
rise to the top layer due to mass, while finer impurities sink to
the bottom.
Precision Grading Process: A multi-deck design (typically 2–3 layers) achieves precise size
classification. "Oversize" material consists of large coal lumps,
while "undersize" material consists of coal fines or gangue. The
mesh aperture can be adjusted to meet specific coal quality
requirements.
Dynamic Balancing System: Integrated counterweight adjustment devices automatically optimize
vibration amplitude and frequency. This ensures stable material
flow and prevents "blinding" (clogging) or uneven screening.
