1.Product Introduction Gold Ore Processing Equipment

 

Designed for continuous, unattended gold enrichment, this system integrates a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) system with pneumatic or electric backwash valves. It automatically triggers high-pressure water backwashing every 1–4 hours of operation, thoroughly flushing and collecting enriched gold concentrate from the rotor grooves without manual intervention or downtime. Featuring a robust Q235 carbon steel frame and a stainless steel inner cone, its critical components boast a service life exceeding 8,000 hours. Throughput capacities range from 0.6 to 80 t/h, making it ideal for both stationary plants and mobile skid-mounted systems.
