DY Series IGBT Module with 1200V Rated Voltage and CSTBT™ Chip
Technology for Industrial Inverter Applications The DY Series IGBT is a high-reliability 1200V power module with
CE, UL and RoHS certification, specially engineered for industrial
inverters and servo drives. Adopting advanced CSTBT™ chip
technology and TMS packaging, it features low power loss and excels
in high-frequency and high-power working conditions, providing
stable and durable power conversion solutions for industrial
automation, new energy and other fields. Core Technical Advantages CSTBT™ Chip Technology Adopts the 6th/7th generation CSTBT™ technology integrating Trench
Gate and Field Stop Layer, which optimizes carrier distribution,
reduces saturation voltage Vce(sat), balances conduction and
switching losses, and improves high-frequency PWM operation
efficiency. Integrated RFC Diode The anti-parallel diode features high-speed soft recovery
technology with low reverse recovery charge Qrr and minimal
recovery current spike. It effectively reduces EMI interference and
the stress on bus snubber circuits, perfectly adapting to
high-frequency working conditions. Thick Metal Substrate (TMS) Packaging Eliminates the solder layer of traditional large substrates,
significantly improving thermal cycle life and mechanical stability
while reducing packaging failure risks. Optimized terminal bonding
and internal bus lamination design minimize parasitic inductance
for more stable operation. Precise Thermal Management Design Boasts low junction-to-case thermal resistance; the flat package is
compatible with large heat sinks and liquid cooling systems. An
integrated NTC thermistor enables real-time temperature monitoring,
over-temperature protection and power derating, ensuring stable
performance under high-temperature conditions. Performance Highlights

Available Models and Specifications
Core Applications & Typical Scenarios
Frequently Asked Questions Q1: Can all models of the DY series be purchased overseas? Is there
any difference in specifications from the domestic version? A1: All models listed in the overseas model table are available.
There is no difference in core specifications (voltage resistance,
current, thermal resistance), only slight differences in package
labels (complying with overseas safety standards), which do not
affect normal use. Q2: What is the delivery cycle for overseas orders? Will there be
delays due to logistics? A2: The delivery cycle for regular models (such as CM400DY-13T,
CM200DY-24T) is 3-5 working days. For high-current models (such as
CM2500DY-24S), it is 1-2 weeks. Logistics delays rarely occur, and
we will provide real-time logistics tracking information. Q3: Can the DY series IGBTs be used in high-temperature or
low-temperature environments (such as the Middle East, Northern
Europe)? A3: Yes. The junction temperature operating range is -40℃~125℃,
which is fully compatible with high-temperature regions like the
Middle East and low-temperature regions like Northern Europe, no
additional modifications required. Q4: What should I do if the IGBT is damaged during use? Is there
overseas after-sales service? A4: If damaged due to quality issues (within 1 year of purchase),
we provide free replacement; for man-made damage, we offer paid
replacement with fast delivery. Q5: How to choose the right model for PV inverters or industrial
frequency converters? A5: For PV inverters: Choose 1200V models (such as CM400DY-24T) for
distributed PV, and 1700V models (such as CM300DY-34T) for
high-voltage PV. For industrial frequency converters: Choose 650V
models (such as CM400DY-13T) for low-voltage drives, and 1200V
models for medium and high-voltage drives. Q6: Do DY series IGBTs need to be matched with specific drivers?
Can ordinary drivers be used? A6: No special drivers are required. They are compatible with most
mainstream overseas drivers (such as Infineon). You only need to
ensure that the driver's output voltage is 15V (gate voltage) to
match the DY series. Q7: Will parameters change after long-term use? How to extend its
service life? A7: Under normal use, parameters will not change significantly
within 5-8 years. Suggestions to extend service life: Ensure good
heat dissipation (clean heat sinks regularly) and avoid overcurrent
and overvoltage (match with appropriate protection circuits). Q8: Are the DY series compliant with overseas safety certifications
(such as UL, CE)? A8: Yes. All overseas supplied models have passed UL, CE, and RoHS
certifications, meeting the safety standards of European, American,
and Southeast Asian markets, and can smoothly pass local customs
inspections. Q9: Can two DY series IGBTs be connected in parallel to increase
current? What should be noted? A9: Yes. The DY series has good current sharing performance and is
suitable for parallel use. Notes: Use the same model and batch, and
keep the wiring consistent (reduce parasitic inductance
differences) to avoid uneven current. Q10: Where can I get the overseas version of the datasheet? Is it
in Chinese or English? A10: The English datasheet can be downloaded from our overseas
official website or obtained from local distributors. It includes
detailed parameters, installation guidelines, and troubleshooting
methods, which are easy to understand. |
