Product Principle:

      This vulcanizing instrument consists of the following components: a main unit, a computer, temperature measurement, temperature control, data acquisition and processing, sensors, and electrical interlocks. Among them, the temperature measurement and control circuit is composed of a measurement and control module, a platinum resistance thermometer, and a heater. It can automatically track changes in the power grid and ambient temperature, automatically adjust PID parameters, and achieve rapid and precise temperature control.

      The data acquisition system and electromechanical interlock complete the automatic detection of torque signals during rubber vulcanization, as well as the automatic real-time display of temperature values and set values. After vulcanization, automatic processing, automatic calculation, and printing of vulcanization curves and process parameters are carried out. The vulcanization time and vulcanization torque are displayed. The computer shows the vulcanization process in real time, from which the changes in "temperature" and the variation process of "time-torque" can be clearly seen at a glance.
