Horizontal Charging Gun Insertion And Removal Pull-out Force Testing Equipment principle

This equipment adopts a horizontal structure to simulate the actual plugging and unplugging process of EV charging guns. The charging gun and socket are fixed on adjustable fixtures. Driven by a precision motor, it performs reciprocating insertion and extraction movements at a set speed and stroke. A high-precision force sensor collects real-time insertion force and pull-out force data, which is displayed and recorded by the control system. It automatically counts test cycles and stops when preset times or abnormal force is detected, used to evaluate connection strength, durability and matching performance of charging connectors.
