II. Full-process Closed-loop Quality Control System 
(1) Quality control of raw materials upon entry into the warehouse (source control) 
The quality of the source material is the core foundation of the parts' quality. We have established a strict supplier access and assessment mechanism for the core raw materials commonly used in excavator parts, such as high-strength alloy structural steel, wear-resistant manganese steel, precision cast iron, fluororubber seals, hydraulic pipe fittings, and bearings. We only cooperate with large raw material manufacturers that have industry qualifications and have passed ISO quality system certification. For each batch of raw materials, we require the supplier to provide the original factory material report and inspection certificate. 
After the raw materials arrive, a dedicated quality inspection team conducts a 100% full re-inspection. The inspection items include material composition analysis, Rockwell/Brunel hardness test, tensile strength test, initial wear resistance test, and size specification verification. For special components such as hydraulic parts and seals, additional tests for oil resistance, corrosion resistance, and pressure resistance are carried out. This ensures that substandard and non-standard raw materials do not enter the production process, eliminating the problems of non-compliant material quality and mismatched performance from the source. 
(II) Quality Control in the Production Process (Strict Process Control) 
We adopt standardized production processes such as CNC precision machining, automated forging, heat treatment, and precision casting. For different types of components including excavator bucket teeth, tooth roots, pins, bushings, connecting rods, hydraulic cylinder parts, walking motor parts, and cab structural components, we formulate dedicated production procedures and quality inspection standards. Each production process is equipped with a dedicated quality inspection position, and a dual control mode of mutual inspection between processes and dedicated patrol inspection is implemented. 
During the production process, the key control points include dimensional accuracy, positional tolerance, surface finish, and heat treatment hardness. For easily worn and abrasion-resistant parts (such as bucket teeth and bushings), additional emphasis is placed on the control of heat treatment processes such as quenching and tempering to ensure that the products meet the standards for wear resistance and impact resistance. For precision hydraulic components, core parameters such as the dimensions of the sealing groove and coaxiality are strictly controlled to prevent leakage and excessive fit clearance. All production data is recorded throughout the process, enabling traceability of each product's manufacturing steps, ensuring that the production flow is fully compliant and flawless. 
(3) Comprehensive quality inspection of finished products (final inspection and control) 
After the finished products come off the production line, the quality inspection team conducts a comprehensive final inspection covering all categories and parameters in accordance with international standards for the inspection of construction machinery parts. The inspection coverage rate is 100%, and the core inspection items include: 
Dimensional accuracy inspection: Precision calipers, micrometers, and three-coordinate measuring machines are used to verify all dimensions of the product, including outer diameter, inner diameter, length, thickness, and hole positions, to ensure that the tolerances are within the industry standard range, perfectly matching the assembly of the corresponding model of excavator and eliminating installation deviations. 
Performance simulation tests: For hydraulic components, transmission components, and wear-resistant parts, we conduct pressure resistance tests, wear resistance tests, impact resistance tests, and fatigue strength tests. These tests simulate the actual working conditions on construction sites to verify the durability and stability of the products. 
Surface quality inspection: Verify the anti-corrosion treatment processes such as painting, galvanizing, and blackening to eliminate surface defects like paint peeling, rust, burrs, and cracks, ensuring the product's anti-corrosion and rust-proof properties, and its suitability for different climate conditions and construction scenarios overseas. 
Adaptability verification: By referring to the original factory parameters of the corresponding brand of excavators, each product model, specification, and compatible machine type is checked one by one to prevent wrong delivery and model mismatch issues. 
All products that pass the inspection are affixed with a special quality inspection pass label. Unqualified products are isolated and destroyed uniformly and will never be allowed to enter the market. 
(4) Outbound and Cross-border Logistics Quality Control 
Before the finished products are dispatched from the warehouse, a recheck of the model, a recount of the quantity and a re-inspection of the appearance are carried out to ensure that the dispatched products are exactly the same as the orders. In view of the characteristics of cross-border logistics, professional anti-shock, moisture-proof and anti-rust packaging techniques are adopted. Heavy structural components are equipped with wooden frames for protection, and precision parts are separately sealed and packaged to prevent problems such as collision, rust and damage during sea and land transportation, ensuring that the products are delivered intact to overseas customers. 
III. Quality Compliance and Traceability System 
Our quality control system strictly adheres to the ISO 9001 international quality management system standard. At the same time, a complete batch traceability system should be established. From raw material procurement, production processing, finished product inspection to warehouse release and delivery, all data should be archived and retained for no less than three years.
