Product Description:

coated aluminum coil is manufactured with premium aluminum alloy
substrates and advanced roller coating technology. The vibrant red
surface is processed through strict pre-treatment (degreasing,
phosphating) and multi-layer coating, featuring superior UV
resistance, weatherability and color fastness—ensuring no fading,
chalking or peeling even after long-term exposure to sunlight, rain
and extreme temperatures. We offer flexible specifications to meet diverse project needs:
available alloy grades include 1060, 3003, 3004 and 5052; thickness
ranges from 0.2mm to 1.2mm; width ranges from 100mm to 1275mm. The
coating system is composed of a corrosion-resistant primer, a
high-pigment red topcoat and a protective clear coat, with total
film thickness controlled between 15-28 microns, ensuring strong
