Line 1 & Line 2: Aluminum Coil Processing & Color Coating
Core Focus: Primary production and precision processing of aluminum coils, including color coating (prepainted aluminum coils, PPAL).

Line 1 Upgrade: Line 1 underwent a full renovation and technological upgrade in 2025, integrating state-of-the-art coating and control systems to enhance speed, uniformity, and product consistency.
Key Capabilities:
Continuous color coating with PE, PVDF, SMP, and other high-performance coating systems.
Precision pretreatment, multi-layer coating, curing, and slitting.
High-speed, stable operation for large-batch production.

Line 3: Aluminum Sheet Production
Core Focus: Specialized in manufacturing flat aluminum sheets from processed coils, tailored for direct fabrication and end-use applications.
