Cold Drying Method SO2 NO NO2 Online Continuous Emission Monitoring CEMS System Online Flue Gas Analyzer
>>Overview It can monitor the real-time concentration of particulate matter
and gaseous pollutants in the flue gas emitted from stationary
pollution sources (such as boilers, industrialfurnaces,
incinerators, etc.), enabling supervision of production and
emissions fromthe source. CEMS (Continuous Emission Monitoring System) generally consists of three basic components: the gaseous pollutant monitoring unit (SO2, NO, NO2), the flue gas parameter monitoring unit (temperature, pressure, flow rate, O2, humidity), and the data acquisition and processing unit. The sample gas passes through a high-temperature heated pipeline, undergoes dustremoval via atwo-stage filter,and is dehumidified by a two-stage condensation system before directly entering the gas chamber of the analyzer. The gas chamber ishoused within the analyzer and connected to an ultraviolet differential analyzer via ultraviolet optical fibers, achieving accurate measurement of the flue gas. >>Feature 1) Secondary condensation for rapid water removal, reducing SO2 loss. 2) Long-life UV xenon lamp with high wavelength resolution ensures low detection limits, minimal temperature drift, fast response time, and accurate measurements. 3) PLC-controlled with adjustable parameters to adapt to complex working conditions. 4) Intelligent system design with traceable fault alarms for easy maintenance and troubleshooting. 5) Fully modular design, enabling flexible expansion of monitoring factors. 6) Flexible configuration: Users can choose between an NO2-NO converter or direct NO measurement as required. >>Main technical parameters
