Online Gas Analyzer Dust CEMS Continuous Particulate Matter
Emission Monitoring System
>>Overview
AG-DUST07 Dust Monitor is designed for real-time and continuous
measurement of particulate matter concentration in various
pollution emission sources. It can be integrated into flue gas
monitoring systems or used independently or in clusters to form a
dust monitoring network with a shared front-end interface. The
instrument is suitable for dust monitoring in power plants, steel
mills, cement plants, as well as for process control in dust
removal equipment and other powder engineering applications
>>Feature
• Adopting laser backscattering principle, it is immune to beam
deviation caused by mechanical vibration of flue gas ducts and
uneven temperature distribution leading to refractive index
variations.
• Single-end installation, no optical alignment required.
• Features on-site display, allowing direct reading of dust
concentration at the location.
• The modulated laser beam significantly enhances the system's
anti-interference capability.
• The instrument is designed with a "tool-free" field installation
concept, minimizing on-site installation complexity.
• Equipped with a standard (4-20)mA industrial current output for
easy connectivity.
• The instrument has very low power consumption, approximately 3W.
• Standard settings typically apply to flue duct wall thicknesses
less than 400mm and diameters larger than the instrument's
nameplate indicates. Custom measurement zone sizes are available
for special requirements. Adjustments can be made with the approval
and guidance of maintenance personnel.
>>Principle
The optical part includes a laser light source, power control,
photoelectric sensing, and scattered light receiving section. The
650nm laser beam is emitted at a slight angle into the emission
source. The interaction between the laser beam and dust particles
produces scattered light, which is then collected by the receiving
system and converted into an electrical signal for processing. The
circuit section performs functions such as photoelectric
conversion, laser beam modulation, signal amplification,
demodulation, light source power control, V/I conversion, and HMI
display. The calibrator generates a stable optical signal for zero
and span calibration of the instrument.
