BZ-6100-5C: High-Hardness Polyurethane Adhesive for Structural
Applications
BZ-6100-5C is a two-component polyurethane adhesive engineered for
structural bonding applications, offering high hardness, excellent
adhesion, and superior mechanical strength in demanding
environments. With a higher mixed viscosity and Shore D hardness,
it provides enhanced load-bearing capacity and dimensional
stability for heavy-duty construction materials. This adhesive
complies with RoHS standards and provides good temperature
resistance and weatherability, making it suitable for both indoor
and outdoor structural applications. Key Product Features - High Hardness & Strength: Shore D hardness of 75±10 and ≥12 MPa
tensile strength ensure exceptional load-bearing capacity and
dimensional stability in structural applications, even under heavy
mechanical stress.
- Balanced Curing Speed: Achieves surface drying in 2.5±1 hours and
full curing in 4±1 hours at 25°C, providing sufficient working time
for precise assembly while enabling efficient production cycles.
- Adjustable Pot Life: 20±8 minutes at 25°C (adjustable) allows
flexibility in working time, accommodating both manual and
automated processes in structural manufacturing.
- Excellent Substrate Compatibility: Bonds effectively to aluminum
honeycomb panels, sandwich panels, and heavy-duty composite
materials, as well as steel and concrete substrates, eliminating
the need for surface treatments in most cases.
- Low Water Absorption: ≤0.5% absorption in 24 hours ensures reliable
performance in humid or outdoor environments, preventing
delamination and maintaining bond integrity over time.

and steel structures in bridges and roadways, providing
high-strength bonding and resistance to environmental factors in
critical infrastructure applications.
Directions for Use- Pre-potting Preparation: Calibrate scales, prepare potting tools, cleaning tools, check
machine settings, check vacuum pump force, etc.
- Product Pre-treatment: Place product on a level surface or fixture. Remove dust, clean,
degrease, and dry if necessary.
- Accurate Proportioning: Manual operation requires precise mixing according to the
specified ratio and recording. Machine potting requires calibrated
ratios and first-article confirmation is recommended.
- Mixing & Stirring: Manual operation requires thorough stirring or using electric
stirrers to ensure homogeneous mixing. Machine potting requires
sufficient stirring speed, adjust as needed.
- Uniform Potting: Manual operation should be done in small, multiple batches to
ensure uniformity. Machine potting should follow the programmed
path for quantitative dispensing.
- Inspection or Secondary Potting: After potting, visually inspect as needed. Perform touch-up,
bubble removal, or secondary potting if required.
- Curing: Allow the potted and inspected products to cure at room
temperature or with heat assistance (recommended 60°C if needed),
according to product and process requirements.
- Final Product Confirmation: Perform visual inspection and performance testing as required by
the customer.
Packaging & Shelf Life- Packaging: 25kg plastic drums, 200kg steel drums, and 1000kg IBC
totes for both Component A (brown) and Component B (beige).
- Shelf Life: 3–6 months from production date when stored sealed,
protected from light at room temperature.
- Opened Container: Use within 3 days for optimal performance; stir
thoroughly before use if stored longer.
