PRODUCTION LINE – LED PIXEL LIGHTING

Line 1 – SMT & PCB Assembly

Line 2 – Encapsulation & Waterproofing

Line 3 – Assembly, Aging & Testing
Semi-automated assembly lines, intelligent aging racks, and professional optical testing equipment. Each product undergoes a 24~72-hour aging test, color calibration, current consumption verification, and illumination uniformity inspection to ensure consistent brightness, accurate color mixing, and long-term stability.
