Product Structure:
Item | Description |
Inner Conductor | Made of Class 1 oxygen-free round copper rod, copper-clad steel
wire, or copper-clad aluminum wire. |
Insulation | Physical foamed polyethylene insulation. |
First Shielding Layer | Longitudinally wrapped with high-quality aluminum-plastic composite
tape. |
Second Shielding Layer | Braided with tinned round copper wire or aluminum alloy wire. |
Third Shielding Layer | Longitudinally wrapped with high-quality non-self-adhesive aluminum
foil. |
Fourth Shielding Layer | Braided with tinned round copper wire or aluminum alloy wire. |
Jacket | Generally made of black or white PVC material, or black
weather-resistant polyethylene material. Flame-retardant,
low-temperature-resistant, or UV-resistant jacket materials are
also available upon request. A double-jacket structure of PVC and
polyethylene can also be adopted. If necessary, galvanized steel
wire can be added for high tensile strength. |
Product Features:
These cables offer excellent high-frequency performance, low
attenuation, uniform impedance, good flexibility, and a small
bending radius. They are designed to meet the requirements of
broadband and high-speed integrated information networks.
Applications:
Suitable for one-way and two-way transmission of analog signals
below 1.5GHz, and also suitable for one-way and two-way
transmission of digital signals.
