Production Line: 1. Welding Mouth Process (Double-Wall Glass Cups)Our classic double-wall glass cups are crafted using the welded mouth technique for a seamless, durable bond.
- Raw Material Preparation: High borosilicate glass tubes are received, cut to exact lengths, and thoroughly cleaned.
- Forming Inner & Outer Layers: The inner and outer glass bodies are individually blown into shape, with mouths flame-cut for a precise fit, then cleaned.
- Handle Attachment (Optional): Handles are flame-welded to the outer cup body for handled designs.
- Seamless Fusion: The inner and outer cup mouths are fused at high temperature to form a unified double-wall structure.
- Decoration: Custom decals, logos, or decorative patches are applied.
- Annealing: The cups go through an annealing furnace to eliminate thermal stress and enhance durability.
- 100% Quality Inspection: Every cup undergoes a full visual and functional check for leaks, cracks, and defects.
- Sealing & Packing: The bottom hole is sealed, cups are carefully packed, and random QC sampling is conducted before warehousing and shipping.
2. One-Piece Molding Process (Double-Wall Glass Cups)This advanced method creates high-quality double-wall cups with enhanced structural integrity.
- Material & Cutting: High borosilicate glass tubes are cut to required sizes and cleaned.
- Outer Layer Forming: The outer glass body is blown into shape, with a small bottom hole reserved.
- Inner Layer Molding: The inner glass body is formed inside the outer cup, creating the double-wall structure in one integrated process.
- Optional Handle & Decoration: Handles are welded (if needed), and custom decals or designs are applied.
- Annealing & Quality Control: Cups are annealed to relieve stress, then 100% inspected for defects.
- Sealing & Shipping: The bottom hole is sealed, products are packed with random QC checks, and stored before container loading for global delivery.
3. Glass Storage Jars Production LineOur single-wall high borosilicate glass storage jars are made with precision for food-safe, airtight performance.
