Services: 
New Century always regards molding design and product design as the soul of it. A group of professional design members
who are fully experienced with product analysis and molding tech structure consist of our Design Department. Our professional design group are excellently capable of using different design software to provide customers with efficient and reasonable molding design project. We use software (i.e. UG, Pro-E, IGS, Master Cam, AutoCAD, Catia V5, Visi and Solidwork ) for mould design and MoldFlow analysis for our customers before mould manufacturing.Our design group would participate in the earlier stage of the product design, which will offer customers technical analysis of the molding structure
according to the molding design they want, in order to decrease the probability and fees for improvement in the later production stage. In order to
assure the excellent quality and lifespan of the mold required by our customers, our groups will always discuss to conceive the optimal designingscheme for each mold and will have customers confirm after we do the mold flow analysis testing.
