Product description:
The salt spray test chamber is a machine for evaluating material
durability against corrosion. It simulates harsh oceanic
environments by exposing samples to a fine mist of saltwater. This
controlled environment tests the resistance of metals, coatings,
and other materials to salt corrosion. The chamber offers precise
control over factors like temperature, humidity, and salt
concentration, ensuring reliable and repeatable results.
- It is made of PP or PVC with strong mechanics structure; Machine
frame is acid proof, alkali proof, temperature proof and never
aging, suitable for salt spray, cupric acetate various test
specifications.
- Customized nozzle makes spray device to spray fog fast and evenly.
- The spraying and stop-fogging time can be set separately for cyclic
intermittent spraying.
- Add water in the sealing tank to prevent the mist from leaking out.
- The spray tower adopts a conical disperser, which has the functions
of guiding the mist, adjusting the amount of mist and evenly
falling mist.
- Demisting system: clear the salt mist in the test chamber during
the test process or in the shutdown state to prevent the corrosive
gas from flowing out and damaging other precision instruments in
the test room.
- Safety protection: low water level alarm, over temperature alarm,
salt water level alarm, leakage protection.
Installation requirements:
- Aisle: Before the equipment enters the factory, please confirm that
the space in the aisle, elevator, laboratory, etc. of the factory
area is sufficient for the equipment to pass through.
- Water source: Please prepare purified water.
- Power supply:220V/50HZ;please check whether it is compatible.
- Site space:≥W1200×D1000×1800mm
- The room needs to reserve a drain, and the bottom of the left side
of the machine can be connected to the water pipe for drainage.
