Product Description The automatic two times setting process is crucial for high-end wall materials production, which has advanced technology, high degree of automation and good stability. It is composed of strip cutting, block cutting, green brick grouping and loading, pallet transferring and storage, finger car, dried brick unloading, grouping, conveying, setting and other systems. The whole process is controlled by high-end PLC, which links to each intelligent unit via PROFIBUS fieldbus and realizes automatic data setting via industrial computer. It is suitable for regular and high-end wall materials production.
