The system consists of an automatic brick unloading system, conveying system, grouping system, automatic stacking system, and automatic wrapping system, all controlled by high-end PLC, and its console adopts mainstream HMI touching screen in automation field, which could meet various unloading and packing requirements in the market.

1.The wrapping mechanism automatically fills, cuts, and wraps the film, and the covering mechanism on top automatically stretches, cuts, and covers the film.
2.Power pre-stretch film rack with pre-stretch strength up to 250%.
3.Photoelectric sensing of goods and automatic completion of wrapping and top laminating operations, supporting setting for wrapping layers, top/bottom wrapping circles, over-top time and film tension.
4.Cantilever automatic reset, high sensitive emergency stop system.
