Once you place an order with us, we will prepare the materials. Simultaneously, our designer will create the design. We will utilize the automatic cutting machine to cut the materials according to the drawings. Next, we will either sew or hot air seal the material into the shape of the product you require. Then, we will test it for 1 to 3 days to ensure that the product is in good condition. Finally, we will package it in a PVC bag.

Inflatable Products:
1. Top Material: We utilize the finest 0.55mm PVC tarpaulin for inflatable products. The high-quality material is of great significance for the games. All inflatable games by Kule are crafted from highly durable, fire-retardant PVC tarpaulin, which consists of three layers, with two coated sides and a strong net in the middle. Our material has been enhanced by SGS.
2. Reinforced Double Stitches: We apply double stitches with nylon thread at all the joints. This helps reduce air leakage and extends the lifespan.
3. Mesh Windows: The large windows are made of commercial-grade netting that won't tear like inferior mesh, and they enable children to be supervised easily and clearly.
4. Easy Takedown: Zippered flaps enable the bouncer to be deflated and taken down for storage easily after the playing day ends.
5. Blower Available: A 1500 watt or other wattage, 2-horsepower UL/CE-listed blower with a grounded power cord and a covered on/off switch for enhanced protection. The blower is robust, durable, provides maximum air flow, and is built to withstand long-term use.
6. Accessories: It includes instructions, a repair kit with patches, and a bottle of glue.

1. Commercial: grade fabric-reinforced PVC material. It is ideally suited for water sports. The 0.9mm PVC material is the finest commercial-grade fabric-reinforced PVC available. Each water inflatable unit uses 0.9mm PVC material for maximum strength and durability. The water inflatable incorporates 1000D fabric with layers of 32oz PVC.
2. Hot air-welded seams for high quality and outstanding durability. Hot air welding is the process used to fuse the 0.9mm material.
3. Strong handles: It incorporates heavy-duty molded handles for convenient boarding or transport.
4. Accessories: Repair kit (material and glue), air pump, carry bag, heavy-duty stainless fittings, and convenient interlock straps for modular use. Always, after the inflatable park items are connected to one another using the interlock system. Soft webbing offers some flexibility while remaining tough enough for years of service.
