Our manufacturing capability is around 800,000pcs per month, we have the whole production process from forge, forming, 6 Axis CNC drill, blade shaping, machinery, heat treatment, polishing, blade laser heating, surface treatment, assemble, handle input and laser logo, till packing. There are 4 Auto polisher machine, 8 sets handle injection machine, 8 sets assemble lines, 3 laser heat machined and 6 packing lines.
