Ring-shaped MoSi₂ heating element

  The ring-shaped silicon-molybdenum rod heating element has the following features: it is made of molybdenum disilicide (MoSi₂) material, is resistant to high temperatures, and can work stably in an environment of 1600℃ - 1800℃; the ring structure makes the heat uniform and can efficiently transfer heat; it has good chemical stability, is resistant to oxidation and corrosion, and is not easy to react with materials in the furnace; the thermal expansion coefficient is adapted to furnace materials such as ceramics, has good thermal shock stability, and is resistant to rapid cooling and heating; the resistance is stable, and the temperature rise and temperature control are accurate, which is conducive to the realization of the process temperature curve, and is often used in high-end thermal engineering scenes such as high-temperature sintering and crystal growth.
