1. Working Principle

2. Installation
(1) Before use, take care to check that the components have not been damaged during transportation.
(2) Before installation, the gas supply pipe should be ventilated and cleaned of debris. When installing, pay attention to the direction of gas flow and whether the receiver is correct.
(3) Apply suitable lubricant to all O-ring seals during installation.
(4) There are three pins on the electromagnetic pulse valve coil with special plugs, one of which with “ ” symbol is the grounding pin, and the user can decide whether to ground it or not according to the need. (In general, the voltage is less than 36V can not be grounded, greater than 36V should be grounded.) The other two are coil power supply pins, which are connected to the terminals of the corresponding sequence of the pulse blowing controller and the terminals of the common wire for the valve. Pay attention to whether the voltage meets the requirements.
(5) The dust collector air distribution box (including the receiver) is customized by the user, and the capacity of the air distribution box should meet the requirements of providing a stable air source for the electromagnetic pulse valve, and the inner wall of the air distribution box should be clean and free of rust and other sundries, and there is no leakage of the air distribution box, and it meets the requirements of the relevant safety.
(6) The temperature of the seals of the valve and the air bag and the blowing connecting pipe is -10℃～70℃. If high temperature seals are required, please specify when ordering.
