1.Equipment principle and structural features
Put different packaging objects into the conveyor belt of the labeling machine, and the conveyor belt drives the bottles into the bottle separation area, and then passes through the correction machine and the pressing mechanism to bring the bottles into the labeling area. After entering the labeling area, the visual fiber detects the bottle and transmits the photoelectric signal to the PLC. After the PLC processes it, the output signal is transmitted to the servo motor, and the servo motor outputs the label. The label is attached to the bottle through the rolling mechanism. The labeled object is brought into the next process or container by the conveyor belt of the labeling machine.

The sticker labeling machine is suitable for glass bottles, PET, plastic bottles, cans and other round and square bottles. The machine adopts humanized design, flexible and convenience to adjust, and easy to operate, the low-speed torque is large, the labeling environment is clean and hygienic, the performance is stable, and the maximum capacity is up to 600 bottles/min.
The main motor adopts frequency converter speed regulation which can achieve stepless speed regulation. Controlled by the PLC, the machine has automatic speed regulating function according to the bottle stacking status of the bottle conveying line. It has bottle accumulate protection function.Labeling the sticker number from 1 to 3 sheets, label size height less than 120mm, length not greater than 220mm.The mechanical structure of the equipment is reasonable, the transmission of the rotary main structure is stable, and three labeling stations, two star wheels and one screw bottle-dividing mechanism, there are also attached with automatic bottle stopper. The bottle holder adopts advanced and flexible servo motor transmission mode, which can change the rotation position and angle of the bottle holder at any time according to the material characteristics, and it can flexibly meet the different material labeling requirements of customers in the future. The conversion parts such as the star wheel, the guide plate and the screw adopt a simple and quick disassembly structure. Bottle type is convenient and quick to replace (just need to change the changed parts), that can reduce labor intensity. The servo mechanism can accurately and stably control the rotation angle and position of the bottle type (easy to replace bottle type in the future). 2.Motor system:
The motor adopts imported labeling system, Delta PLC and function module, and imported stepping motor. The label output stability and synchronization are extremely high, the response speed is as fast as 300 times/minute, and the torque is strong, and it never loses step.

3.Taiwan Delta microcomputer control system:
As long as the machine is turned on, the system has completed all labeling calculations and preparations, and the perfect product can be labeled by pressing the start button.

4.Operation method:
A. It adopts imported touch-screen human-machine interface, with full Chinese and English display. You can easily go online by following the instructions on the display screen without any experience, which greatly shortens the training time of personnel; the production speed can be set arbitrarily, and the production speed can be automatically adjusted to match the speed of any production line for the most efficient production operation.
B. If there is an abnormal fault: such as label exhaustion, tape breakage, ribbon exhaustion, count setting arrival, mechanical abnormality, etc., it will automatically stop and issue an alarm.
