Overview of LC High Viscosity Roots Pump
The LC high-viscosity Roots pumps produced by our factory are
divided into two types: belt drive and gear reducer drive. The
reducer-driven Roots pumps have the following characteristics: low
speed, small size, large flow, low power consumption, self-priming,
no need for oil priming, and easy to use. Roots pumps can be widely
used to transport petroleum and petroleum products (copper pump
blades can be replaced for gasoline) and various oils and liquids
in factories. Such as crude oil, paint, lubricating oil, glass
glue, grease acid, toothpaste and light alkaline (soap processing)
liquids, etc.; food processing can transport various liquids, such
as soybean milk, yeast, molasses, etc. Loading and unloading
various tank trucks and tankers, etc., easy to use, and can work in
forward and reverse directions.
LC high viscosity Roots pump has an insulation layer added to the
pump casing or end cover, and uses steam or heat transfer oil
circulation to insulate the pump's working room, thus providing
convenient and good conditions for the pump's continuous and
intermittent operation.
LC Roots pumps are suitable for conveying lubricating oil or other
liquids with similar properties to lubricating oil, which do not
contain solid particles and fibers, are non-corrosive, have a
temperature not higher than 80°C, and have a viscosity of
5×10-6~1.5×10-3m2/s (5-1500cSt). LCB Roots pumps are also used in
hydraulic transmission systems.
LC Roots pump is composed of pump body, pump cover, shaft, gear,
rotor, packing, gland and other parts. The LC Roots pump (LC Roots
pump) has two forms of belt drive and gear reducer drive. It can be
reversed. Skeleton oil-resistant seals are installed at both ends
of the shaft and an oil return device is installed in the middle to
prevent air intake or oil leakage.
