The P61103-105500 is a high-end plate-and-shell heat exchanger. It
is a new type of industrial heat exchange equipment that combines
the high heat transfer efficiency of plate heat exchangers with the
high temperature and pressure resistance of shell-and-tube heat
exchangers. It is widely adaptable to demanding heat exchange
conditions in chemical, power, refrigeration, food and other
industries, providing efficient and stable heat exchange for
liquid-liquid, vapor-liquid, gas-gas and other heat transfer
processes.
- High temperature and pressure resistance, suitable for harsh
working conditions: Adopts fully welded gasket-free structure,
avoiding the temperature and pressure limits of traditional plate
heat exchanger seals. It can withstand a wide temperature range
of -200℃ to 530℃, with a design pressure up to 10MPa,
adapting to complex industrial conditions such as high temperature,
high pressure and hydrogen service.
- High efficiency and compactness, energy and space saving: The core
heat transfer component is corrugated plate bundle formed by
laser/plasma arc welding. The unique corrugated design enhances
fluid turbulence, with a heat transfer coefficient of
2000-5000W/(m²·℃), 3-5 times that of shell-and-tube heat
exchangers. With the same heat exchange capacity, its volume is
only 1/3 to 1/2 of shell-and-tube type, greatly saving installation
space.
- High heat exchange precision, excellent energy saving:
Realizes minimum 1℃ small temperature difference heat
exchange. Pure counter-current design ensures more sufficient heat
exchange between cold and hot fluids. Heat recovery rate is 10%-20%
higher than traditional shell-and-tube heat exchangers, with
remarkable energy-saving effects in waste heat recovery, heat
network drain cooling and other scenarios.
- Strong material adaptability, corrosion resistance: Plates are
mainly made of 304/316L stainless steel. Titanium alloy, Hastelloy
alloy and other materials can be customized according to medium
characteristics. It can handle corrosive media and fluids
containing a small amount of solid particles/fibers, meeting the
medium requirements of different industries.
- Stable structure, convenient maintenance: Fully welded structure of
plate bundle and shell is shock-resistant and pressure
fluctuation-resistant, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
Partially extractable core design facilitates mechanical cleaning
of plates and core replacement, reducing later maintenance costs.
- Power & Metallurgy: Heat network drain cooling, lubricating oil cooling,
desulfurization slurry cooling in power plants; waste heat recovery
from blast furnace / converter flue gas; industrial wastewater heat
utilization.

The equipment mainly consists of welded corrugated plate bundles,
shell, inlet and outlet nozzles, flanges and supports. It replaces
the heat exchange tube bundle of traditional shell-and-tube heat
exchangers with corrugated plate bundles. Cold and hot fluids flow
respectively in the plate bundle channels and shell-side channels,
and achieve efficient heat transfer through the plate walls.
Combining the high efficiency of plate heat exchangers and the
structural robustness of shell-and-tube heat exchangers, it is an
excellent alternative to traditional shell-and-tube heat
exchangers.
