Product Model: T20BW
Product Category: Semi-welded Plate Heat Exchanger
Core Positioning: Specifically designed for the cooling of corrosive media and the
heating of various media
The T20BW features an innovative semi-welded structural design,
with high-quality stainless steel corrugated plates as its core
component. Two plates are attached back-to-back and welded into an
independent plate cassette along the dedicated sealing groove via
laser welding technology, which serves as the exclusive flow
channel for corrosive media. Gaskets are used for sealing between
each plate cassette, forming the flow channel for conventional
media.
During operation, media such as refrigerant circulate between plate
cassettes and only come into contact with two of the four annular
gaskets at the inlet and outlet. This design greatly reduces the
contact area between the medium and the sealing parts, which not
only ensures the sealing performance of the flow channels but also
effectively prevents the erosion of sealing parts by corrosive
media, achieving efficient isolation and heat exchange between cold
and hot media.
- Wide temperature range & high pressure resistance: The operating temperature ranges from -38℃ to 200℃, adapting to various working conditions of high and low
temperatures; the maximum design pressure can reach 30 bar, meeting
the heat exchange requirements of medium and high pressure.
- Robust and stable structure: Adopting a rigid mechanical structure design, it has strong
overall compression and deformation resistance, ensuring high
operational stability and a long service life of the equipment.
- Excellent sealing and leakproof performance: The dual sealing design of laser welding and gaskets delivers
outstanding leakproof performance, effectively avoiding medium
leakage and cross-contamination, and greatly improving the safety
of use.
- Superior corrosion resistance: The plate cassette-type welded flow channel is specially designed
for corrosive media, capable of efficiently handling various
aggressive media and adapting to complex chemical heat exchange
scenarios.
- High flexible adaptability: The overall size of the equipment can be customized on demand,
and the heat exchange area can be flexibly adjusted to match the
actual heat exchange needs of different sites and processes.
- Compact installation footprint: The compact structural design features small volume and light
weight, requiring minimal installation space and being suitable for
installation scenarios with limited factory space.
- Equipped with laser welding technology, the weld seams are tight
and uniform, the plate cassette flow channels have excellent
sealing performance, and there is no risk of medium leakage.
- The plates are made of high-quality stainless steel, balancing high
heat transfer efficiency and strong corrosion resistance, and
adapting to various harsh medium working conditions.
- The low-contact design between medium and sealing parts reduces the
wear of sealing parts and lowers the later maintenance cost of the
equipment.
- The semi-welded structure integrates the advantages of corrosion
and pressure resistance of welded type and flexible maintenance of
gasket type, balancing working condition adaptability and
operational convenience.
Relying on its core characteristics of corrosion resistance,
temperature resistance and pressure resistance, the T20BW
semi-welded plate heat exchanger is widely used in industries such
as chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, refrigeration and
metallurgy. It is especially suitable for heat exchange working
conditions where one side is corrosive medium and the other side is
conventional medium, and can complete core processes such as
cooling of corrosive media, heating of process media and
refrigerant heat exchange. It is commonly applied in ammonia
refrigeration/freon refrigeration systems, acid-base medium
cooling, chemical raw material heating and other scenarios.
