M7480 Vertical Spindle Rotary Table Surface Grinding Machine

This machine tool is a general vertical spindle rotary table surface grinding machine. It can perform grinding operations on flat surfaces within a diameter of diameter 800mm (with a maximum workpiece height of 350mm). The surface roughness Ra value is not greater than 1.25μm, and the parallelism between the ground surface and its base surface is 0.01mm.

This machine tool is a high-efficiency surface grinding machine equipped with an electromagnetic worktable and a vertical grinding head, which uses the end face of the grinding wheel to grind workpieces. It is mainly used for rough grinding of blanks or grinding of workpieces with general precision, and can achieve high productivity in mass production.

Therefore, this machine is particularly suitable for the mass production of parts in industries such as automobile, tractor, bearing, and machine tool manufacturing.

Series 74 machine tools adopt a vertical column layout with the worktable saddle moving mode. The grinding head feeds vertically. Both the longitudinal movement of the worktable saddle and the rotational movement of the worktable are mechanically transmitted by a sliding guide rail mechanism. The vertical lifting of the grinding head is driven by a ball screw AC motor, and it is equipped with a power feed and a zero - position stop device. The grinding head has high power and high production efficiency. For models with a worktable diameter of Φ800mm ~ Φ1800mm, they can meet the end face and plane grinding of bearings, circular and annular parts. This model is suitable for mass production and processing in industries such as tools, bearings, valves, and refractory materials.
