YK2712 CNC Straight Bevel Gear Double - Cutter - Head Milling Machine

It is particularly suitable for machining teeth with drum-shaped tooth direction, and is used for rough cutting and finish cutting of straight bevel gears. The machining efficiency is high, about 3-5 times higher than that of a gear shaping machine of the same specification, and the noise is low. The machining accuracy of the machine tool reaches GB Grade 6.

This machine tool is suitable for machining gearboxes, reducers, precision transmission gears, etc. with straight bevel gear transmission.

Main Performance and Structural Characteristics of the Machine Tool

1.The machine tool is equipped with domestic GSK218MC-V CNC system by Guangshu. According to customer needs, German SIEMENS or Japanese FANUC CNC systems and motors can be used to achieve four-axis control and three-axis linkage. The spindle servo motor controls stepless speed regulation of the cutter shaft main drive, enabling electronic handwheel tool setting and auxiliary tool adjustment.
2.The double-cutter-head support component of the machine tool features a unique structural layout, ensuring reasonable spatial dimensions under high rigidity.
3.Both the oscillating table and workpiece box of the machine tool adopt high-precision worm gear transmission, with high-rigidity design for both structure and transmission.
4.Main electrical components, bearings, and seals of the machine tool are all imported to ensure its reliability.
5.The machine tool is equipped with an independent sealed electrical cabinet with a constant temperature control device.
6.The machine tool is equipped with a safety protective cover.
7.The machine tool is equipped with a chip discharger (optional).
