VK2350 CNC Straight Bevel Gear Planing Machine
This machine tool is used to process straight bevel gears and is applicable to the general machine manufacturing industry.

Main performance and structural characteristics of the machine tool

The machine tool is a four-axis CNC machine: swivel table rotation (X-axis), workpiece rotation (Y-axis), saddle feed (Z-axis), and planer tool reciprocation (S-axis).
The machine tool adopts the hobbing principle, enabling the processed gear to repeatedly roll relative to the imaginary generating gear (formed by the reciprocating motion of the planer tool).
The core component of the machine tool, the tool holder, is installed on the swivel table. The gear to be processed is mounted on the spindle of the indexing box, which is fixed on the saddle. Both the swivel table and the saddle are installed on the machine bed.
The tool uses two planer tools with straight cutting edges, mounted on the tool holder and moving reciprocally in a straight line with the tool holder.
The tool holder adopts a connecting rod mechanism, driven by a frequency conversion motor to make the planer tool reciprocate.
The rotation of the swivel table and the spindle of the indexing box are driven by high-precision worm gear pairs, powered by servo motors.
The saddle feed motion is driven by a ball screw pair, powered by a servo motor.
The machine tool is equipped with the SIEMENS 802Dsl CNC system from Germany.
The machine tool is equipped with a beautiful, safe, and practical full protective cover, which has good visibility to prevent oil spillage and is equipped with an automatic chip conveyor.
The machine tool has an independent sealed electrical control cabinet with air conditioning.
The machining accuracy of straight bevel gears on this machine tool can reach Grade 7.
