"Strength as the bone, aesthetics as the soul" - Bionic art that
breaks through the aesthetic boundaries of zirconia
The Limitations of Traditional Zirconia and our Breakthroughs:
"Dead white denture feel" : Single-layer/simple double-layer
zirconia has insufficient permeability, especially at the gingival
margin and incisor, lacking the depth and vitality of natural
teeth.
Rigid shape: The surface is smooth and feateless, lacking the fine
textures, developed leaves and personalized features of natural
teeth.
Imbalance of lightness/saturation: The color transition is harsh,
making it difficult to simulate the subtle layers and fluorescence
effects of natural enamel and dentin.
Our solution:
Bionic development leaf engraving: Precisely reproducing the
leaf-like structure and surface micro-texture formed by the
embryonic development of natural teeth, breaking the "artificial
smoothness" of zirconia.
Multi-layer and multi-color zirconia lamination/dyeing: By applying
biomimetic layered material technology and precise dyeing
processes, enamel layers, dentin layers, semi-transparent areas at
the incisions, and saturated areas in the neck are constructed on
zirconia substrates that rival those of natural teeth.
Light effect simulation: Through the collaborative design of form
and layer, precisely control the scattering, refraction and
transmission of light within the restoration to reproduce the
"vitality" of natural teeth.
