1. Material Validation

• Incoming materials undergo 100% visual inspection & dimensional verification using calibrated CMM systems
• Conductive ink viscosity and adhesion tested per ASTM D3330 standard

2. Automated Production Monitoring

• Real-time AOI inspection at 5 critical stages with 0.5μm resolution
• Statistical process control (SPC) applied to copper thickness uniformity (±1.5μm tolerance)

3. Multi-Parametric Testing

• 10-point bend testing (ASTM F2202) for flex durability
• Thermal cycling (-40°C to 125°C) with capacitance monitoring
• ESD protection verification at ±15kV HBM level

4. Continuous Improvement

• Monthly Cpk analysis for process capability
• Customer feedback integrated into our FMEA prevention system

5. Documentation & Certification

• Full traceability through QR-coded lot tracking
• Certified by SGS for ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016
