Product Description
A thermal shock test machine is a testing equipment used to subject
materials or products to rapid changes in temperature to determine
their resistance to thermal shock.
The machine has two chambers, one hot and one cold, and a mechanism
to quickly transfer the test sample between the two chambers. The
hot chamber can reach temperatures up to 200°C, while the cold
chamber can reach temperatures as low as -80°C.
The rapid temperature changes can cause thermal stress, which can
lead to cracks, fractures, or other failures in the material or
product being tested. The thermal shock test machine is commonly
used in industries such as aerospace, automotive, electronics, and
materials science to evaluate the durability and reliability of
products and materials under extreme temperature conditions.
