Hydraulic double-cylinder Pre-heater are one of the key machines for the construction of thermoplastic marking at present. With hydraulic drive as well as positive and reverse rotation controlled by multi-way reversing valve, the melting speed gets faster. It is mostly used in the construction of marking at the sites where fast melting is required such as freeway, State Highway, Provincial Highway etc.

In the process of marking lines ,the first step is to heat and stir the powdery paint in the preheater until it turns into the liquid paint ,then pours the paint into the marking machine for the marking operation . Since the melting level of the paint has a direct bearing on the quality of marking lines ,the preheater plays an important role among the thermoplastic marking devices and is an essential part for melting paint .
